BergHOFF Bloggers night with Chef Michelle Adrillana


Berghoff Bloggers night was held last December 6, 2013. I got too excited when I saw Chef Michelle Adrillana that night. I met her a couple of months ago at Trinoma Activity Center because we were chosen as Food Divas for Asian Food Channel last July 2013. Wee!


As a blogger I try to be honest with what I write. I am a passionate home cook and I love good food. We were all offered sumptuous dishes lovingly prepared by the beautiful Chef Michelle that night. What I love the most is Chef Michelle’s pasta dish. It looked really plain at first. But when I tasted it, the Jalapeno Alfredo pasta did not disappoint my taste buds! It was really good! I love it simply because it is a little spicy and the flavors from the oil, herbs and spices complimented each other.


Now I am getting more inspired to try this dish at home. But how I wish I could give justice to my Alfredo pasta dish and hopefully it will taste as good as Chef Michelle’s version. I also loved the mushroom dish but unfortunately, I was not able to remember the name of that yummy mushroom dish. They also served us Paprika Chicken and Poisson à la Meunière.
